The heart of our philosophy at TouchCloud is Customer Service. We understand how frustrating it is when nobody gets back to you or seems to understand the importance of your problem. We will always respond quickly and keep you updated if the problem cannot be solved immediately.

So often problems can be quickly solved, getting you back up and going without delay. If more extensive work is required or even a site visit, then there may be a small charge. But why not contact us to find out, or look at Our Charges.

Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. However if you have a problem outside of those hours, then do still to contact us as there will often be someone available.
