TouchCloud was formed to bring practical business technology to small and medium businesses in the Hampshire / Wiltshire region. Many businesses struggle to maintain IT systems unaware of the options available to them with current technology, or they believe that such options would be prohibitively expensive.
Combining over 25 years IT experience and 15 years in the ‘real world’ of business including, travel, transport, farming, and retailing; at TouchCloud we understand your business concerns. To us your business comes first and IT is a tool to support it
We focus on providing Web Design and practical IT solutions for home users and small business. From Office Phone Systems to Cloud Computing. Virtual PCs, Email Hosting, Online Backup, VoIP and Websites. We also provide support, assistance and advice in many other areas of IT.
Now here's the real honest bit! 'We' is me. Andrew. ToucCloud is a one man band. All the above is true, I have worked in IT for over 25 years mainly in support. Working for firms as varied as Deutsche Bank, M&S, IBM and PKF (a top ten accountancy firm, nobody ever heard of!). I was made redundant in 2008. Finding work since the recession has not been easy as I am over 60! I have web skills and IT skills which I am happy to share with people. It's not about the money, I am genuinely saddened when I hear the muddle people (at home and work) get into with their IT, so I am here to HELP. I do support, training, web stuff, advice, in fact any IT stuff! And if I don't know the answer, I won't bluff, I will tell you...and then find out, as I know a man who does!
